What Is The Law of Attraction?
In very basic terms, the Law of Attraction is using the power of thought to get what you want. The majority of the teachers of the Law of Attraction will say it’s a very spiritual power - but having no religious faith at all, I tend to disagree. I do, however, agree that the basic laws do apply.
The Law of Attraction involves visualising what it is that you want - whether it be wealth, health, job promotion or anything of your choosing - and using your mind to actually FEEL as though you have achieved your goal already.
By really feeling the happiness, your sub-conscious mind starts to go about ensuring you do everything you need to do to receive what you have asked for.
You have to learn how to train your sub-conscious mind, and how to think positively. Concentrating on negatives simply pours more negativity on you - and your chances of success are much reduced.
Concentrating on positives, and the things that make you happy however, ensures you attract more positivity into your life.
With approx 60,000 thoughts PER DAY, it is impossible to prevent some of those thoughts from being negative. You have to use your inner feelings as a guide. When you start to FEEL down, or low, you need to change things around quickly.
Do something you enjoy, something that is guaranteed to make you happy - and eliminate that ‘down in the dumps’ feeling.
Write a list of everything you are grateful for, and refer to this list daily. Train yourself to be positive at all times, and positive things will happen to you - guaranteed.
Your thoughts define who you are, and the sooner you realise this, the better for you.
Whatever you’re thinking and feeling today is creating your future
The Creative Process
- Ask - ask yourself what you really want, write it down in the present tense (i.e. I have £100,000 in my bank account, or, I have a beautiful wife)
- Believe - believe that it’s already yours.
- Receive - achieve your goals, and reward yourself by feeling good about it
